STANDARD DOMESTIC PS PITLESS UNITS
Conforms to Water System Council PAS-97 (04) Standards. The Monitor® PS Pitless unit forms an unbroken extension of the well casing. The PS unit extends from below the frost line to above the ground. The unit attaches to the well casing below the frost line. The water service line is attached to the PS unit (below the frost line) and is buried permanently. Electrical wire or conduit is also buried at the well to provide power for the pump. A cap is placed on the top of the PS unit to keep contaminates out of the well.
